My Resort Hua Hin is a project by Equity Residential that is headed by Swechak Lochaya who is the managing director. Equity Residential has two completed projects in Bangkok, My Resort Bangkok that is a luxury residential condominium located on New Petchaburi Road and My Resort@River that is an exclusive riverfront condominium located on Charan Sanitwong 72.
My Resort Hua Hin is being built in two phases, the first phase has 210 units and the second phase has 197 units. I believe the first phase comprises three 7-storey buildings while the second phase comprises six 7-storey buildings. As you can see in the picture below they offer a two-bedroom unit at 3.3 MB, that must be considered very good value for money, excellent for families with children. We are talking condos below market prices, we are happy, that is the reason we choose to write about this development. It is very unusual to be able to get a two-bedroom unit at these prices, normally you would need to pay at least 1 million baht more.
We like My Resort Hua Hin, we like My Resort@River, we like My Resort Bangkok. We will talk more about My Resort@River located near the MRT Blue Line Extension on Charan Sanitwong 72 when I finish Part 2 of that article.
My Resort Hua Hin is located in a hot spot is on a road called Hua Hin 87, this is the road leading to Khao Takiab (เขาตะเกียบ) which means chopstick mountain, a mountain famous for the many wild monkeys running free and the many seafood restaurants at the foot of the mountain. Here you will find Ibis Hua Hin Hotel and developments like My Resort Hua Hin located next to Amari Hua Hin, Amari that we know so well here in Pattaya from the Nova owned Amari Nova Suites Pattaya and Amari Orchid Pattaya on beach road. The road and many of the buildings are brand new, the whole area looks very cosy and nice. I like this part of town.
SECCO is the building contractor at My Resort Hua Hin, apparently that company was also the contractor at The Boathouse Hua Hin. In Pattaya SECCO was involved when constructing the Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort. SECCO build mostly shopping centers and hotels and Supalai have used the company to build many of their condominium projects.
