The Street Ratchada (เดอะ สตรีท รัชดา) is a six-storey lifestyle shopping mall on Ratchadapisek Road. There are five stories and an underground floor housing about 30,000 square meter of retail space.
It is located 200 meter from the Thailand Cultural Centre MRT station.
The Street Ratchada is a lifestyle mall for people living in nearby areas. Food outlets occupy about 40% of the area, fashion outlets account for 20%. On the top floor there is Bounce Free Jumping Revolution, an indoor trampoline playground operated by an Australian company.
The Street Ratchada ratail plaza is expected to open in December 2015. The Street Retail Development Co is a subsidiary of TCC Assets under TCC Group. TCC Group is owned by liquor tycoon Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi. The Street has been developed under a budget of 2.3 billion baht.

A 5-storey building will be renovated, there will be 1 basement, 7-storey parking for 558 cars.
There was a Robinson Department store at the location for the past 25 years, Robinson Ratchadapisek branch, it closed down on 26 March 2013 due to the rental contract termination.
