The Capital Condo Rajaprarop Vibha is a 33-storey high-rise condominium by developer KPN Group. There will be a total of 537 units with one-bedroom units varying in size between 28 – 40 sqm and two-bedroom units varying in size between 46 – 58 sqm. Duplex units will have a size of 82 sqm. There will be parking on floor 1 – 6 with parking space for 212 vehicles. The project is located in Din Daeng district in Bangkok.
The project was launched in may 2011 and construction started in Q4 2012. In may 2011 the prices started at 1.75 MB for a unit with a size of 28 sqm or 62.000 baht per square meter. The average prices were 73.000 baht per square meter.
The project is now fully sold out.
RUHR Thailand is involved in the project, most likely as the project mager. SP Contracting is responsible for the mechanical and electrical solutions. PAE Thailand is probably the main contractor.
The next project launched in January 2012 was The Capital Ekamai Thonglor, prices started at 2.7 MB.
