Nimit Langsuan is a 53-storey super-luxury residential development located close to Lumpini Park with access from both Langsuan Road and Sarasin Road. This is a project by Pace Development Corporation PLC, it offers freehold residences to wealthy individuals. Located in the center of Bangkok, Nimit Langsuan comprises of 187 luxury residences.
The high ceiling apartments are ranging in size from 78 to 617 square meter with several unit configurations available:
• Two-bedroom units ranging in size between 78 – 130 sqm
• Three-bedroom units ranging in size between 136 – 202 sqm
• Four-bedroom units with a size of 336 sqm
• Penthouses with a size of 617 sqm
Prices from 25 million baht up to 250 million baht, around 320,000 baht per square meter.
Nimit Langsuan was first offered at 260,000 baht per square meter, however, after one week of positive feedback from the market the price was increased to 300,000 baht per square meter. This is a fine example that shows that the prices are determined by how much people are willing to pay.
The tower is supposed to be clad in a reflective glass facade.
The project value is approximately 7500 million baht, sits on approximately 3 rai of freehold land on Langsuan Road.
As of 3rd of March 2015 no less than 70% of the residences have been booked with the majority of sales taken up by existing clients.
Construction is expected to start in October 2015 with completion in 2018.
